Businesses are handing routine work to AI agents. Be the supplier their agents can work with.

We build the secure connection that lets your customers’ AI agents check prices, place orders and get invoices straight from your systems.

Live demo in Claude: pharmacy chain → made-up wholesalerTry it yourself →
Claude, connected to the Keefir demo, answers “What paracetamol do you have, and what do we pay for it?” with a table of two products, their contract and list prices, and stock.
Asked to order 200 packs of ibuprofen and 12 bottles of children’s suspension, Claude checks stock, explains that the suspension is backordered until 21 October and asks how to proceed, then confirms order DEMO-38FBA for €410.80 excluding VAT.
Asked about recalled amoxicillin batch AMX-24117, Claude finds 40 packs delivered to the Tartu pharmacy and 20 to Pärnu, explains the reason for the recall and lists what to do.

What is changing

Businesses are starting to hand routine purchasing to AI

Repeat orders, stock checks, delivery chasing and paperwork take hours every week at pharmacies, hospitals, supermarket chains and food producers. They are starting to hand that work to AI: assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, AI agents, and the AI now built into their ERP and purchasing systems. Whichever they use, it can only work with the suppliers it can connect to. For everyone else it falls back to email, portals and phone calls, the same as today.

With the supplier’s connection added, a buyer’s agent can work like this:

Pharmacy chain → medicine wholesaler

Every evening, reorder whatever has fallen below minimum stock in our warehouse.

AI agent

Done for today: 7 items were below minimum, including amoxicillin 500 mg and insulin pens. Ordered at your contract prices, €2,140 in total and within your auto-approval limit, arriving tomorrow by 9:00.

Supermarket chain → meat processor

Did any of this month’s deliveries come from batch 24-1187?

AI agent

Two did: on the 3rd and the 10th, 120 kg in total, to your Tartu and Pärnu stores. Here are the delivery notes.

Without a connection, the same agent has to say: I can’t reach this supplier’s system. Please email them or log in to their portal.

Large distributors have already made the connection: Ingram Micro and TD SYNNEX let their partners’ AI agents check prices and stock, build quotes and track orders. The same is now practical for mid-sized suppliers.

What we do

We connect your business to your customers’ AI agents

We build a secure link on top of the systems you already run, so your customers’ AI agents get real answers from you and can get things done. You keep working the way you do now. Your customers can be companies or consumers: we build for both.

For businesses that sell to businesses

Your customers’ AI agents check their contract prices and stock, place orders and get invoices from you directly, each within their own account. Orders land in your system, and a person approves whatever you want approved.

Construction company → building supplier

Can you deliver 60 bags of cement to our Tartu site on Monday? How much credit do we have left?

AI agent

Monday morning works. 60 bags come to €474 at your price, and €12,300 of your credit remains. I have drafted the order for your approval.

  • Each customer sees their own deal

Contract prices, catalogue, credit terms and order history, for their account only.

  • Orders without the back-and-forth

Quotes, orders and changes arrive structured, straight into your system, instead of in emails someone has to retype.

  • Answers at any hour

Stock, lead times, delivery status, invoices and certificates, around the clock.

  • You set the rules

Which actions agents may take, which need a person to approve, and a record of every request.

For wholesalers, manufacturers, medical suppliers, logistics, B2B software and agencies. See who it is for.

For businesses that sell to consumers

People ask ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants what to buy and which service to use. On its own, an assistant guesses from what it finds on the web. With your connection added, it checks the real answer and gets the job done.

Online shop

Do they have the black trail runners in size 42?

AI assistant

Two pairs are left, and they deliver tomorrow if you order before 16:00. Want me to order a pair?

  • Real answers, not guesses

Live prices, stock and free times, straight from your systems instead of out-of-date web pages.

  • From question to order

The assistant places the order or makes the booking, with the confirmation steps you choose.

  • Their own account

Signed-in customers check orders, bookings and subscriptions and make changes, without writing to support.

  • You set the rules

What assistants may see and do, what needs the customer’s confirmation, and a record of every request.

For online shops and marketplaces, booking platforms, apps and subscriptions, and online learning. Consumers add your connection from their assistant’s app directory or from a link on your site, and each platform decides what it lists.

Who it is for

For mid-sized businesses that sell to other businesses

If your customers are companies that order from you again and again, check your stock, ask for documents or chase deliveries, their agents will want to do that with you directly.

Wholesalers and distributors

Food, medical, building, office and industrial supplies: catalogue, contract prices, stock and repeat orders.

Manufacturers and parts suppliers

Specifications, lead times, configured quotes and order status.

Medical and laboratory suppliers

Contract pricing, batch numbers, certificates and recall notices.

Logistics and transport

Quotes, bookings, tracking and proof of delivery.

B2B software and services

Accounts, usage, support tickets and invoices for your business customers.

Agencies and professional services

The quotes, project status, reports and invoices your clients keep asking about.

The common thread: your customers are businesses that deal with you repeatedly, and your products, prices and orders already live in software. Selling to consumers instead? It works for you too.

How it works

From first call to live in four steps

No technical knowledge needed. We do the work and explain it in plain words.

  1. 1

    Intro call

We talk about your business, what your customers usually ask and order, and which systems you use. Free, with no obligation.

  2. 2

    Plan and quote

We suggest what agents should handle first and send you a clear quote.

  3. 3

    Build and test

We build the connection and test it with real AI agents, using real questions and orders from your customers.

  4. 4

    Launch and care

We put it live, help your customers’ IT and teams get connected, and keep it up to date as the AI tools change.

Going deeper

The technology behind it is called MCP

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants safely use outside tools and data. Anthropic introduced it in 2024. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and many others have since adopted it, and it is now an open project under the Linux Foundation.

Think of it as USB-C for AI: one standard plug, instead of a custom cable for every assistant.

An MCP server is the socket on your side. It tells assistants what your business offers, like checking a contract price, placing an order or sending an invoice, and carries out those requests within the limits you set. That server is what we build.

Under the hood

What we build, in detail

For the curious, or for your developer.

Tools, resources and prompts
We model your business as MCP tools (actions such as check_stock or create_order), resources (read-only data such as price lists, specifications and certificates) and prompts, designed around what your customers actually ask.
Connects to what you already have
Your ERP, order and stock system, B2B shop or customer portal, CRM, help desk or database; for consumer businesses also Shopify, WooCommerce and booking systems. If there is no API, we build a thin layer around what is there.
Secure access
A remote server over Streamable HTTP. Each customer’s agent signs in to its own account with OAuth 2.1 and sees only that company’s prices, orders and documents. Actions that change data are marked so agents ask before running them, and we can add approval steps or limits, for example for orders above an amount.
Hosting and monitoring
We host the server, watch for errors and keep it compatible as the standard and the assistants evolve. Prefer your own infrastructure? We hand it over with documentation.
Getting your customers connected
A connection link and a short setup guide, including the one-time step for your customers’ IT: on company plans of ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, an administrator approves new connections. If you also sell to consumers, we handle listing in directories such as Claude’s connectors directory and the ChatGPT App Directory; each platform reviews and decides what it lists.

Questions

Good to know

Do my customers need to use AI already?

No. Customers without an agent keep ordering the way they do today. The connection is ready for the ones who start.

How do my customers connect?

You give them a link and sign-in details, the same way you give access to a customer portal. On company plans of ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, an administrator usually has to add a new connection once for the whole team; after that, each person signs in with their own account. We give your customers’ IT a short setup guide for that step. If you sell to consumers, the connection can also be listed in directories such as ChatGPT’s and Claude’s, though each platform decides what it lists.

Can an agent place a wrong order?

You decide what agents may do. Orders can be drafted for a person to confirm, limited by amount or product, and every request is logged.

Do I need to understand AI or MCP?

No. You know your business; we take care of the technical side and explain everything in plain words.

Do I need a developer or an API?

No. We work with what you have. If your systems have an API, we use it. If not, we find another way, for example through your database or data exports.

Is our data safe?

Each customer signs in and sees only its own account. You choose exactly what is shared, and anything that changes data follows rules you set.

Which AI assistants will it work with?

Any assistant that supports MCP. Today that includes Claude, ChatGPT, AI tools from Microsoft and Google, and developer tools such as Cursor and VS Code. The list keeps growing.

Will this replace our ordering portal or EDI?

No. Your website, portal, EDI and email stay. This is one more channel, for customers who work through AI.

Do you work with large enterprises?

Our focus is mid-sized companies: big enough to have regular business customers and their own systems, small enough to decide and move quickly. If you need formal security certifications or an enterprise procurement process, tell us what you need, and we will say honestly whether we fit.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the agents should do and which systems they connect to. After the intro call you get a clear quote.
